Our company was founded in 1963 when Warren Weiss opened the Warren Supply Company, a modest 1,400 square-foot jobbing store in Culver City, California. This operation prospered quickly and developed into today’s Warren Distributing - a leading supplier of "OEM" quality parts and accessories.

We’re proud of our history and the tremendous growth we’ve experienced over the years. Today we operate seven facilities in Southern California and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.

From the very beginning, we’ve earned the trust of automotive manufacturers like Ford and GM. In fact, we were one of Ford’s initial Autolite redistributing jobbers, having signed on in 1968 to serve the Ford/Lincoln Mercury dealer base in greater Los Angeles.

We became both a warehouse distributor and a jobber/expeditor to Ford in 1977 when Mr. Weiss opened a 6,800 square-foot facility in West Los Angeles. This marked the beginning of Warren Distributing, Inc.

Our operations utilize the latest computer technology and computer connectivity.

We are one of a select few distributors that offer both ACDelco and Motorcraft products as well as a complete line of branded OEM quality product lines.



WDI built upon its solid foundation and became widely known as a carburetor specialist in the early 1980s. By 1984 we were offering all four lines of carburetion, including ACDelco, which was added that same year.

Today we offer on-demand delivery in eight of our facilities: Santa Monica, Santa Fe Springs, North Hollywood, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Moorpark, Ventura, Las Vegas and more on the way!

Example: Our Ventura facility covers an area from Thousand Oaks to Paso Robles a distance of well over one hundred miles. We have over hundred fourty five trucks for deliveries. Santa Fe Springs is our hub with 70,000 square feet. We do daily replenishment from this location as well as transfers from them all many times daily.

In all eight facilities, we offer hitches to switches. Our diversified inventory mix covers all makes of automotive, light- and medium-duty, as well as some heavy-duty parts.

We employ a staff of experienced sales personnel (fifteen in California and three in Las Vegas) and experienced countermen/women. Many have been with the company for over twenty years, who provide excellent service to support our quality products and quality customer base!
